ONLINE, MOBILE & AUDIO BRANCH
Healthcare Credit Union’s website will be redirected to Goldenwest’s website beginning May 1, 2017. It will feature information on the full range of products and services available to Credit Union members. The new web address is gwcu.org, but you can continue to access the site from the old web address of myhccu.org.
Healthcare Credit Union’s online banking will no longer be available after April 28th at 3pm for transactions. Beginning May 1, 2017 you will have access to a new online banking platform called the Online Branch.
To sign up for the Online Branch visit gwcu.org on or after May 1, 2017. This process will take less than five minutes and includes selecting a new username and password. See page 18 for detailed instructions to enroll in the Online Branch.
You will need to re-establish any cross-account links by calling the Contact Center at 800-283-4550 or visiting any branch on or after May 1st. The transfers to any account option will be available through the Online Branch.
You will need to setup your account alerts after enrolling in the Online Branch.
If you are signed up for eStatements, you will continue to receive eStatements. You will have access to past eStatements for the prior 12 months.
The Bill Pay system is changing. All Bill Pay information including Payees, Payments and History will transfer. There will be an updated look and feel to the Bill Pay system.
Beginning April 28th at 3 p.m. through May 1st, Bill Pay will be unavailable. Bills previously set up will be paid during this time. All Bill Pay information will be available in the Online Branch at gwcu.org beginning May 1, 2017.
The new Bill Pay works differently in the way it processes payments. Payments process faster than the electronic system. The new Bill Pay withdraws funds for payments one business day prior to making the payment, instead of two to five days early. If funds are not available you will receive an email notification at your email address on file.
Payments processed by check can take up to five business days to reach the payee.
After May 1, 2017 Bill Pay will be available within the Goldenwest mobile app.
You will continue to have access to mobile banking; however, you will need to make the following updates:
- Set up your new Online Branch username and password.
- Download the Goldenwest mobile banking app.
- Login to the Goldenwest app with your new Online Branch username and password.
If you do not have the Goldenwest app, download it on or after May 1, 2017. After you have updated your new Online Branch username and password, you can begin using the app.
Mobile deposit will be available for qualifying members with the Goldenwest mobile banking app.
Card Controls allow you to enable and disable your Visa cards, set-up travel notifications and order replacement cards within the Goldenwest mobile banking app beginning May 1, 2017.
On May 1, 2017 Auto Teller changes to Audio Branch. To set up Audio Branch call 800-283-4550 option 1.
With Audio Branch, members can access account balances and perform other account inquiries. The Audio Branch is available 24 hours a day.
