Shreeve Promoted to Assistant Vice President

OGDEN, UT: February 21, 2014 – Goldenwest Credit Union recently announced the promotion of Ashley Shreeve to the position of Assistant Vice President. Shreeve joined the Goldenwest management team in May 2007, as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to her position with the credit union, Shreeve worked in the Human Resources Department at Discover Financial Services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and is certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR).

Shreeve directs all of the credit union’s human resource functions. Her responsibilities include employee benefits and compensation, recruiting and retention strategies, workforce planning and development, employee relations, and employment law compliance. Shreeve’s efforts in administering the company’s award-winning employee wellness plan have been nationally recognized. Most recently, Shreeve played a critical role in directing the transition of merging USU Credit Union staff members into Goldenwest Credit Union. We look forward to Shreeve’s continued contributions to the credit union’s culture, philosophy, and various employee-related programs.
