Goldenwest Announces New Sales Manager

Lance Newman was recently promoted as the new sales manager for Goldenwest Credit Union. He will manage Goldenwest’s internal sales training programs, promotions and campaigns for their 250+ employees.

Prior to being named sales manager, Newman served as a Goldenwest branch manager, assistant manager, outbound sales representative, and teller. He has worked for the Ogden-based credit union since 2007.

Newman earned a Bachelor degree from Weber State University with a double major in the Spanish and German languages.

Founded in 1936, Goldenwest Federal Credit Union serves 82,000 members and has $775 million dollars in assets. Goldenwest has 18 offices, with branch locations in Weber, Morgan, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah and Washington counties.
