Chatting with Goldenwest

You can use our Online Chat feature to communicate directly with a live godenwest member Service representative.

To begin a chat session, follow these steps:

1. Go to the home page of our website at wwww.gwcu.org, click on the "Let's talk!" button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
2. A pop up will appear where you can choose to video, audio, phone, or chat with us.
3. Select an option and you will be directed to speak with a Goldenwest Member Service representative.
