Kelsey listened carefully what my objectives were to maximize the money I would be depositing. She was very informative, walked me through the paperwork, helped me choose the best investment product to meet my objectives, and answered all my questions. Most of all, being elderly and having really no knowledge about investing, Kelsey was warm, patient and customer focused.
