eAlerts

Be informed of your account activity with eAlerts

Goldenwest Credit Union eAlerts are electronic notifications about activity on your account. Members can opt to have eAlerts sent via email and/or text message.

Notifications alert you to different events related to online banking and your accounts. You can choose to receive eAlerts for:

  • Automatic Deposit
  • Automatic Withdrawal
  • Balance Summary
  • Debit Card Purchase
  • Insufficient Funds
  • Transactions
  • Check Cleared

eAlerts Are Free

There are no fees to receive eAlerts. (Standard text messaging charges from your phone carrier may apply.)

eAlerts Registration Is Easy

To activate and manage your eAlerts, you will need Online Branch or Mobile App access. After logging in, follow this simple enrollment process:

  • For online banking select the “More” tab on the top right-hand side of your dashboard
  • For the mobile app select the "More" tab on the bottom right-hand side of your dashboard, and select "More" from the menu
  • Choose “Alerts”
  • Select your desired eAlerts and click Save
  • You may turn eAlerts on or off at anytime
