• What is Round Up Rewards?

  Round Up Rewards is a savings feature that rounds eligible debit card purchases up to the nearest dollar and deposits the difference into your high-yield Gold Account.

• How much money is transferred with Round Up Rewards?

  Each transaction can round up and transfer up to $0.99 per qualifying debit card transaction into your Gold Account.

• Will Round Up Rewards overdraw my account?

  Goldenwest will not process Round Up Rewards transactions that would overdrawn your account.

• How do I enroll in Round Up Rewards?

  Members can opt into Round Up Rewards online or in the mobile app.

• Can Round Up Rewards help me save money?

  Round Up Rewards help members build savings automatically through small deposits made from everyday debit card purchases.

• What are the qualifications for Round Up Rewards?

  Members must have an open and active Goldenwest debit card, checking account, and Gold Savings Account to be eligible for the program.

• What are the qualifying purchases for Round Up Rewards?

  Qualifying purchases include point-of-sale (POS) debit card purchases made with a Goldenwest Credit Union debit card using either a PIN or signature transaction. ATM withdrawals, cash withdrawals, bill payments, ACH transactions, checks, drafts, and online banking transfers do not qualify.

• Is there a limit on how many transactions can be rounded up?

  Yes, there is a maximum of ten (10) transactions per account per day.
