Which branches have a pin changer?

Due to the EMV chips in the VISA cards, we can can not change the PIN for existing cards in a branch. However, you can reset your PIN from your online banking or mobile app.  Follow these steps to update your PIN.

1. Log into your online banking or mobile app.
2. Select the "Tools" menu on desktop or "More" option at the bottom right of your app.
3. Select "Visa Cards" and then "Card Controls".
4. Select the card you want to update the PIN to and select the option to "Update PIN".

You will need to know the expiration date of the card in order to update your PIN.
