OGDEN, UT — April 20, 2026 – Goldenwest Credit Union presented its 2025 Annual Report and announced Board positions during its 90th Annual Meeting, held virtually on April 14, 2026. The online format allowed broader participation among Goldenwest’s 210,000 members.

Members were invited to engage with the Board of Directors by submitting questions and comments via email at chairman@gwcu.org.

During the business portion of the meeting, Board Chairman Dan Musgrave, President/CEO Kerry Wahlen, and Supervisory Committee Chair Rob Gebhardt shared updates on the Credit Union’s performance and key achievements over the past year.

Board Nominating Committee Chair Dave Adams reported that, in accordance with Goldenwest’s bylaws, Brandon Hendrickson, Noé Vázquez, and Alan Smith were nominated to serve on the Board of Directors. Following the report, Chairman Musgrave called for a motion to elect the nominees, which was approved unanimously.

In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors convened to organize officer roles for the upcoming year. The following appointments were made:

•    Dan Musgrave, Chairman 
•    Dave Adams, Vice Chair 
•    Steve Carroll, Secretary
