Card Controls
Beyond managing your money with online banking and our mobile app, you can access the functionality of your Visa cards with Card Controls.
- Freeze/unfreeze cards
- Schedule a travel notice
- Report a card as lost or stolen
- Set-up travel notifications.
Card Controls are conveniently located in both online banking and the mobile app, so you aren't required to download a separate app to manage your Visa cards. You can access Card Controls through both the mobile app or online banking. To use the mobile app, simply select the “More” option in the bottom right, then choose the “Visa Cards”, and select "Card Controls". Or log in online, and at the top of the page click "Visa Cards", then select "Card Controls".
