Goldenwest Posts 2021 Annual Report; Announces Election Results

OGDEN, UT: April 13, 2022 – Goldenwest Credit Union released its 2021 Annual Report and announced the results of the recent Board of Directors election during the 86th Annual Meeting on April 12th at Union Station in Ogden. During the meeting, the membership listened to reports on the state of the Credit Union from Chairman Bill Hart, President/CEO Kerry Wahlen, and Supervisory Committee Chair Rob Gebhardt.

Representing the Governance Committee, Director Tad Neuenswander reported Goldenwest had received five Statements of Qualification for the three open Board of Directors positions. The nominees were Steve Carroll (incumbent), Jeff Mathews, Dan Musgrave (incumbent), Stoney Wayment (incumbent), and Roland Whitesides. Credit Union members had the opportunity to vote during the election held April 1 through April 4. Following the Governance Committee report, Chairman Hart announced that Steve Carroll, Dan Musgrave, and Stoney Wayment had been re-elected by Credit Union members to serve on the Board of Directors.

Following the member business meeting, the Board of Directors held a working meeting during which they elected Dan Musgrave as Chairman, Tad Neuenswander as Vice-Chair, and Noé Vázquez as Secretary for the next 12 months.
