Card Control

Now you can turn your Visa credit and debit cards on or off, giving you complete control over your money. If you lost your card, you can disable the card until you find it or mark it as lost to either have it reordered in the mail or come into the branch to get it right away.

You can now set up travel notifications for individual cards right in the mobile app under Card Controls. Let us know when you are going on vacation so we can make sure your Visa card is ready for the trip too. Sending us a travel notification helps us prevent fraud on your Visa card. All we ask is that you give us a couple days notice to prepare your card for the road trip.

Deposit Checks with Mobile Deposit

Save time and money by depositing checks into your account using your mobile phone. Use our free mobile banking app and your device's camera to take a picture of a check and deposit it electronically into your account. This service is offered free of charge to qualifying members.

Account Access via Text

If you don't have a data plan on your mobile device, you can access your account via text with our SMS Mobile Banking. After completing the quick enrollment process, simply text 86020 and Goldenwest will text you back with account info. It's a quick and secure way to view account balances, and review transaction history.
