Thompson Named Bountiful Branch Manager

OGDEN, UT: August 2, 2017 – Goldenwest Credit Union recently announced the Bountiful branch is under new management with Jared Thompson taking the senior position at the office located at 2085 Orchard Drive.

As branch manager, Thompson is responsible for member service, operations, originating mortgages, and directing business development activities at the Bountiful office. He previously served as the manager of the Centerville branch formerly located inside Dick’s Market.

Thompson began his Goldenwest career in 2007. His 10 years of branch employee experience includes working as a teller, new accounts specialist, loan officer and assistant manager. He is also a licensed insurance agent, providing members with quotes and policies for home, auto, and RV insurance.

Thompson is involved in his community and volunteers at a local animal shelter. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and his dogs.
