Shreeve Named Vice President, Human Resources & Training

OGDEN, UT: August 9, 2017 – Goldenwest Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Ashley Shreeve to Vice President of Human Resources and Training. Shreeve brings 19 years of financial industry experience to the position, including the most recent 10 years with Goldenwest. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, is certified as a HRCI Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR), earned the designation of a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and is a member of both the National SHRM association and the Northern Utah Human Resource Association (NUHRA).

Shreeve directs all human resource functions for the organization’s 500+ employees including benefits and compensation, recruiting and retention, wellness strategies, workforce planning and development, employee relations, employment law compliance, and all training initiatives. Shreeve’s efforts in administering the company’s award-winning employee wellness plan have been nationally recognized. Most recently, Shreeve played a critical role in directing the transition of merging Healthcare Credit Union staff members into Goldenwest Credit Union.

Shreeve volunteers in the local community, working with the youth of her church, as well as with families suffering from chemical addiction. She resides in South Ogden, Utah with her husband Brad.
