Blake Named Assistant Vice President, Branches

ST GEORGE, UT: October 12, 2017 – Goldenwest Credit Union is announcing the promotion of Kelly Blake to Assistant Vice President, Branches.

In his new responsibilities, Blake provides oversight and direction for all current and future Goldenwest offices in Southern Utah. Blake’s main office continues to be located in St George at 2122 East Riverside Drive, where he is manages business development and mortgage origination activities.

Blake is a life-long resident in Washington County, working in the financial services industry for 32 years. Prior to joining Goldenwest in 2011, Blake was employed by Southwest Federal Credit Union for 18 years. His areas of expertise include consumer and commercial lending, branch management, mortgage origination and business development.

In addition to graduating from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Blake completed extensive management training under the supervision of the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). He currently serves on the Washington County Board of Education and on the Board of Directors for the Utah School Boards Association.

Blake interests outside of work include outdoor adventures, boating, travel and spending time with family.
